Microsoft Office Web Apps team has open up Microsoft Office Web Apps Technical Preview and inviting more people to try it out. This is just weeks away before the release of Office 2010 Public Beta.
Since the release of Microsoft Office Web Apps Technical Preview program back in mid September to selected testers, this is a major push from the Office Web Apps team hoping to get more feedback from the public.
Microsoft Office Web Apps
In brief, Office Web Apps are the web based version of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and OneNote that enable you to create, edit and view documents just like using the desktop version of Microsoft Office. Office Web Apps are integrated to your SkyDrive account to make documents sharing easier than ever.
Currently, Office Web Apps Technical Preview works on Windows, Mac OS and Linux machines running Internet Explorer 7.0 or higher; Firefox 3.5 or higher or Safari 4.
